Spending over a decade exercising, otherwise considered a Gym Freak, having Lordosis and not knowing any better straining my body in different ways, I took the initiative to delve into the World of Yoga in order to heal my body and mind and this is where Ahimsa Yoga Nicosia's journey began.

 

Throughout this wonderful journey, I have managed to restore my Lordosis, have a stable spine and gained Flexibility in Body and Mind.

Through the knowledge and practical experience gained working with myself and others, I am now in the position to help People with similar conditions such as mine and guide them to this wonderful journey of Self-Discovery that can lead to Personal growth, Inner Peace, and a Sense of Purpose.
