By Combining and Interlocking our fingers (Hands) in Different Ways, we create an Energetic Seal, Yoga Mudra, aka a "Hand Gesture", which in Combination with Pranayama ("Breath Control") and Meditation, can be used to aid in the improvement of various Physical and Mental illnesses, as well as help us on our path to attain Spiritual Awakening/ Enlightenment

Detox your Body & Mind Naturally with these Yoga Mudras | Hand Gestures
Yoga Mudras can be a very effective, natural way to Detox, flush out Toxins, get your overall Health up to par and regulate your Weight. When thinking about Detox, most people think about their diet, supplements and what they put in their bodies. There is always the new trend coming out, on How to Detox, Eat this and Drink that, as if there is a magic potion that can Cure all ailments and get you, your Health back. Throughout the years I have tried and tested everything and I can assure you, that although Nutrition is in fact important and can help in many cases, it will not restore your Health but merely treat the symptoms of an ailment or condition.
In fact, the truth is, it is not what you eat or drink, but what you don’t Eat and Drink. This is documented in every Holy Text, from the Bible to the Buddhism (Fasting is the Key). It is easy to realize this, because every person lives in a different climate that comes with its own native plants, if trading wasn’t available between Continents, what does that mean? That there is no cure or way? Off course not! Nature has provided a way for us to be self-sufficient and be able to Heal ourselves from within. When there is a will there is a way. This video is directed at anyone that wants to detox their Body and Mind naturally, with no extra cost (apart for the time spent practicing).
